Maison Denuzière

Maison J. Denuzière (depuis 1876) ligger i Condrieu, Côtes de Provence.

Vi forhandler husets AOP-rosévin Marinette, som fremstilles på druerne Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault og Mourvèdre og deres IGP-rosévin Aurélia, som kommer fra Méditerranée, der ligger i Provence og det sydlige Rhône. Aurélia fremstilles på druerne Grenache, Syrah og Cinsault.

Grapes are harvested at night and introduced in the press before dawn, in order to maintain the fruits at the lowest possible temperature. The extracted juice are kept in the cold and are later let to ferment in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks, still at low temperatures. Wines are then racked in an oxygen-free environment then left in contact with the fine lees until bottling.
