Château Bel Air
Château Bel-Air is a small family-owned winery. It is located just a few kilometres from Saint Émilion, in one contiguous vineyard block that surrounds the house and the cellars, enjoying exceptional southern exposure. The château sits on hillsides of clay and limestone, and the underlying rock gives the wines of this estate a character that is highly appreciated by connoisseurs. In the late 1950s, the estate also began producing fruit and juices, as a way of diversifying after 5 consecutive years of heavy frosts. Today the property includes 6 hectares of apple, pear and cherry orchards.
